Casino Fandango Standard Promotional Rules (CFSPR)
- All prizes are nontransferable.
- Seeding the gaming floor with multiple Players’ Cards will render that player ineligible to receive prize.
- Guests must have the Club Fandango card properly inserted in their machine.
- Casino Fandango is not responsible for improperly inserted players’ cards.
- For rated Table guests must present Club Fandango card at time of play.
- All prize awards must be signed for with proper documentation and winners must produce valid tax identification.
- All Fandango E-Cash must be activated (by inserting Club Fandango card into any slot machine) with-in 72 hours of being awarded
- Free Play (E Cash) will expire 3 months from the date awarded
- Classic, Select and Prestige Tier level club points expire 6 months after earned date.
- Ultimate and Elite Tier level points expire 13 months from earned date.
- Winners are responsible for any and all taxes (income), licenses, registrations, and any other government-imposed fees.
- Promotion is subject to all applicable federal or state rules and regulations including gaming. All aspects of this promotion are subject to approval of the appropriate regulatory authorities. Void where prohibited by law.
- Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission to use his/her likeness or name for any Casino Fandango publicity or promotional uses without further compensation.
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and a Club Fandango member to participate in promotions. Joining Club Fandango is FREE. Proper ID must be presented.
- New Members must meet eligibility requirements.
- Casino Fandango may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotional rules, or any other misconduct. All such incidents will be reported to the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
- Participants must be legally entitled to be on the Casino Fandango property in order to participate in this promotion.
- Any person who is on the State’s exclusion list, has volunteered to be self-excluded, who has been excluded from the Casino for any other reason or who is not of legal gambling age, is ineligible for this promotion. In the event an ineligible person should win a prize, their entry shall be deemed null and void and another winner will be selected.
- Base Points are defined as standard points earned; point adjustments or bonus points (i.e. Double Points, Triple Points, or other point multiplier) are not included in base points. Only base points are calculated for any point earnings threshold award or program.
- Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Casino Fandango Management in a manner deemed to be the fairest to all concerned.
- Team Member Participation Exclusion is defined as Casino Fandango Team member’s mother, father, spouse, children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren and any other relative or other person residing in the employee’s primary place of residence.
- Notice of rule changes sufficient if available at Casino Fandango.
- Coupons/Offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer including senior discounts.
- Alteration, reproduction or unauthorized use voids any coupon/offer
- Coupons/Offers void in the event of a printing error.
- Casino Fandango is not responsible for lost or stolen coupons/offers.
- No Legal Tender on any coupon/offer.
- Must present a Club Fandango card and valid photo ID when redeeming any coupon/offer at Club Fandango or Main Cage.
- All prizes paid in Fandango eCash unless otherwise stated.
- Dining Credits expire at Midnight the last day of the month.
- Management reserves the right to modify or cancel a promotion/coupon/offer at any time.
